  • What types of beverages can the bar cart serve?
    Our mobile bar carts are versatile, equipped with 7 taps that can pour various beverages, including Prosecco, draft beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, sodas and more! Please note, we are a dry bar service as state laws prevent us from supplying the alcohol. That means you, the venue, or your caterer/event planner must supply the alcohol and any/all beverage ingredients. When you book our mobile cart for your event, we are happy to provide you with our beverage distributor's contact information so you have the option to buy your beverages directly from them and arrange for delivery right to your event!
  • How do I know how much alcohol to buy?
    Determining how much alcohol you need for your event can be tricky! Luckily, our preferred vendors will help you plan and estimate how much alcohol will be needed for your event. They will take into account various event details, including: 1. The number of guests attending your event 2. How much your guests typically drink 3. How many hours you’ll be serving We also have several drink calculators we can provide to you to help with this process.
  • Does Sip Social Nashville serve non-alcoholic drinks?
    Absolutely! Sip Social Nashville prides itself on catering to all of your guests' preferences, including those who prefer non-alcoholic options. Our mobile bar cart can be stocked with a variety of refreshing, non-alcoholic beverages such as artisan mocktails, sodas, and sparkling waters. Feel free to discuss your specific non-alcoholic beverage preferences with us when planning your event!
  • Do I have to pay a booking deposit?
    Yes! Once you’ve secured Sip Social Nashville for your event, we require you to sign a contract and provide a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. If your event date is within 45 days of the contract signing, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
  • What is the gratuity policy?
    There is no need to worry about tipping separately, as a 20% gratuity is added onto each package price.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations 60 days or more prior to your event, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations 31-59 days before your event, you will receive a refund of 50% of your deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of your event are not eligible for a refund.
  • Can I use my own bartenders?
    Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own bartending staff, or you can take advantage of our complete package, which includes one or more certified bartenders.
  • What are the setup requirements for your mobile bar cart?
    If you’re looking to set up indoors, a door opening that’s at least 5 feet wide and a standard 120V outlet is all we need. If you want to set up outside where there is no power, we can provide a generator for an extra fee.
  • What kind of insurance does Sip Social Nashville carry?
    We carry general and liquor liablity insurance, and each bartender has the appropriate state of Tennessee certification to serve alcohol.
  • What areas do you serve?
    Sip Social Nashville serves the entire Nashville Metro area in addition to the following counties…Davidson, Rutherford, Williamson, Sumner, Wilson, Maury, Robertson, Dickson, Cheatham, Macon, Smith, Cannon, and Trousdale.
